If you intend experiencing all that Orlando has to offer our luxury Florida home situated in The Retreat on the new and exclusive Legacy Park development could be available for your planned vacation. Situated in Davenport just off US27, it is convenient for all attractions in and around Orlando. Only 15 minutes to Disney and a short hop down the I-4 to Universal, Sea World and International Drive with it's retail outlet malls and restaurants.
Great location, near to all attractions, and only an hours drive to the beaches
Set in a brand new development of vacation and residential homes our 4 bedrooms, 3-1/2-bathroom executive two storey air-conditioned home is just the place to relax after a hard day at the theme parks or shopping malls. With its own pool and Jacuzzi you can just laze around and enjoy the South facing garden area, while topping up that Florida tan. The location is second to none, the Space Coast, with the world famous surfers paradise of Cocoa beach and the home of the space shuttle, Cape Canaveral, is just over an hours drive away, alternatively the laid back atmosphere of St. Pete?s Beach on the West Gulf coast is approximately the same distance in the opposite direction.

Choose to eat-in and there is a Publix supermarket a few minutes drive away or a large Wal-Mart not more than 5 minutes drive along the US27 for convenience with a wide range of food and products. Choose to eat out and the US192 highway is no more than a few minutes drive from you, offering an exhaustive array of restaurants or fast food places for you to choose from.
Our house has been luxuriously furnished, with all one would need for a great time
Our house has been furnished beautifully to a very high standard, it consists of 4 bedrooms, the spacious master having a king size bed, en-suite bath and shower room, with his and hers hand basins, walk in wardrobe, radio alarm clock, hairdryer, 27 inch LCD TV with premium channels, telephone (free local calls) and oversize chair to relax on. The second bedroom boasts a queen size bed, en-suite bath and shower, hairdryer, walk in wardrobe, radio alarm clock and TV/DVD. There are two further bedrooms, both have twin beds making it ideal for 2 families to share, there is also a separate full size family bathroom with bath, shower, hand basin. All bed linen and towels are provided. In the living room we have a queen sleeper sofa bed and further 27 inch LCD TV with premium channels. We have a fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, full size oven and hob, fridge freezer with icemaker and built in microwave oven, telephone (free local and most international calls). In the utility room there is a washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There is a 42-inch TV, with video/DVD player which has HDTV as well as premium channels including Fox Soccer channel in the family room making this a great place to unwind and add to your vacation experience. We have added a WIFI connection for convenience, just bring your lap top or Iphone and surf for free. Patio doors lead out from the family room to the fully screened pool area. There is also a cloakroom, which leads out to the pool area. If you still have some energy left at the end of the day and want a quick game of pool, table football, air hockey or darts then please feel free to use the games situated in the double garage, we have also left 2 bikes over there for some exercise if you feel able.

Pool and Jacuzzi heating is charged at a rate of GBP 14.50 per day. However, having the benefit of a South facing garden, during the hottest months you may feel this isn't necessary.

Our property will comfortably sleep 10 people.
