Our villa will sleep up to 10 people and is located in a quiet area of Lindfields, which is as close to Disney as you can get, being approximately 10 minutes west of Disneys Theme Parks. The Malls and other theme parks are approximately 15-20 minutes away. Lindfields is a very British sounding area having names like Kensington, Paddington and Bloomsbury streets. It is also close to several Supermarkets, and a brand new Walmart has recently opened about 2 miles north on the 27,ten minutes away, there are also a host of restaurants close by. To the rear of the property is a conservation area. The garden is approximately a third of an acre, with palm trees and citrus bushes, has room for children to play and is totally private from the neighbours . Everyday between 7.15am and 7.45 am you may get to see a parade of balloons floating by the house. The 30 x 15 south facing pool, is heated by Solar panels but for winter purposes a pool heater is available for which an additional charge is made. This neighbourhood has pavements, is quiet ,and safe for children. It is also very convenient to the main Interstate route 4.
There are also British style pubs in the area and the nearest is about half a mile away called the Stage Door, and Al and his son Jason will welcome you.
The villa has four tv's all connected to cable, plus a selection of dvd's. A broadband internet service is available at no cost. We have a highchair and stroller, and travel cot, should you need these items.A SECURITY SYSTEM HAS NOW BEEN INSTALLED FOR YOUR ADDITIONAL SECURITY. FOR THE GOLFERS THERE ARE SEVERAL GOLF COURSES IN THE VICINITY AND THE NEAREST IS AT ORANGE LAKE ABOUT A MILE AWAY.
