Wales Tourist Board 4 star rated self-catering cottage adjoining owners farmhouse on a working farm, on southern fringe of the Preseli National Park. Sleeps 4/5 in 2 bedrooms - one double, one twin, an extra folding bed, cot & highchair provided. Bathroom has w.c., wash hand basin, bath with electric shower. Complimentary toiletries provided. Comfortable living room has colour tv/VCR (with freeview), CD/radio/cassette player, books, videos and games. Well-equipped kitchen/ diner has oil-fired rayburn (cooking, heating, hot water) electric cooker, microwave, fridge with ice making compartment, toaster. Duvets, bed linen, towels provided, all crockery and cutlery etc. Electricity, oil, water included in price. Use of owners washing machine if reqd. Central heating and double glazing throughout. Enclosed garden with furniture, swings, sand pit, swing ball & portable BBQ. Table tennis(summer only) and trampoline available. Concrete yard, parking for 2 cars. Welcome tea tray on arrival. Dogs welcome (at no extra charge),under strict control due to livestock. Open all year. 20% deposit when booking, balance four weeks before your holiday. Short breaks available from October to April (but not school holidays - except Christmas and New Year), also discount for a booking of two weeks or more - please telephone or e-mail for prices. The cottage will be available after 2.30pm on day of arrival, and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. NB: The deposit must be received within 7 days of the booking. Smoking permitted in non-carpeted areas, and outside, but not in carpeted areas (due to too many cigarette burns!).
