The apartment is in Marina de la Duquesa. The development is situated directly on the beach and is next door to the marina. La Duquesa golf course is across the road, with the clubhouse a mere 10 minute walk away.
Marina de la Duquesa is a luxury development and boasts excellent facilities including 4 outdoor swimming pools - one heated in spring and summer - gym, sauna, sharing library, paying internet access, paddle tennis courts, table tennis, table football and gardens. An underground parking space is also provided and the development is protected by manned security, 24 hours a day.
The apartment overlooks the pools and beach and is furnished to a high standard. It consists of:
Bedroom 1 - furnished with a double or twin beds, large fitted wardrobes, bedside units, a chest of drawers and radio/CD/MP3 player
Main bathroom
Bedroom 2 - furnished with twin beds, again with fitted wardrobes, 2 bedside units, a chest of drawers and an iPod docking station alarm clock
2nd bathroom (shower cubicle)
Fully fitted kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.)
Living room with comfortable seating area, dining area, 40' flat screen satellite TV, DVD player with DVDs, X-Box with games, hi-fi with CDs and iPod docking station.
Large west facing terrace with table and 4 chairs and 2 recliner chairs enjoying views of the sea, beach and the gardens/pool areas
Air-conditioning/central heating is fitted to all rooms.
There are some beach toys, buckets, spades, boogies boards, etc, plus a basic stroller for children and a microwave steriliser for babies' bottles.
We can also provide a cot and high chair.
All bed linen and bathroom towels are provided and will be changed midway for stays of 10 days or longer.
Please note that for larger groups we can obtain use of other apartments in the development. Please contact us to check availability.
A car is not necessary as once at the apartment eveything is within walking distance.
