My 3 bed, 2 Bath villa is set in half an acre of garden. About half an hour from Disney world. It has a 30ftX13ft heated swimming pool in a covered area to keep out bugs and some of the harmful rays of the sun. The main bedroom has a double bed,a walk in wardrobe and an ensuite shower-room. This is also accessable to the pool. The other bedrooms have twin beds and have a bathroom between them. Both have ample storage. Thereis an airing cupboard with spare linen. The kitchen is fully fitted and there is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the double garage. All linen and towels are provided. My price is inclusive of Florida taxes.I have recently put in new flooring.Ceramic tiles in the louge/kitchen area and new carpets in the bedrooms. I have re placed the dining furniture and beds.
