Our apartment is privately owned and is lovingly looked after. It is very spacious and furnished comfortably in a modern style with leather sofas and all mod cons.TV has some SKY channels(movies,sports,ITV and BBC)There is a DVD & music player. The balcony is huge.It is part of a very popular new complex.The pools are heated and there is an excellent pool bar which is run by an English family.The location is excellent, not noisy but close to supermarkets and exclusive new shopping centre. It has some of the best restaurants on the island. Nearby also is a new swimming pool complex that is the envy of the island!
This really is the place to be in Los Cristianos!!!

  Comments: For bookings of more than two weeks a discount is sometimes available.Please phone 01484 427911 for quote. To secure the booking I need a cheque for 50% and the balance is due eight weeks before departure. A small key/damage deposit(of £100)is also payable at this time which is refunded upon the safe return of the keys. Usually I only have four in the apartment,I can arrange for an additional bed/cot to be put in one of the bedrooms if necessary. The apartment is spacious but as it is also our holiday home I do not want to overcrowd it. These rates are based on 2 people sharing.Extra person £40 per week. Cots/buggies/wheelchairs etc are available at extra cost or can be arranged locally. Pick up from/to the airport can also be arranged.
