LOUNGE/DINING ROOM with beamed ceiling. TV and DVD. Lounge furniture and dining space for 8 people.

KITCHEN/BREAKFAST ROOM newley fitted with solid wood cupboards GRANITE WORKTOPS and new appliances:RANGE COOKER, DISHWASHER, Washing machine, microwave oven, Fridge/ Freezer. Table and chairs. Back door leads to a large paved patio and enclosed garden with Barbecue and garden furniture.

FIRST FLOOR

BEDROOM 2 is a large sunny room with a double bed and fitted wardrobes. A spare single bed is also available if required.

BEDROOM 3 is a large double bedroom with a double bed and single bed if required.

BEDROOM 4 has a 4ft bed.

BATHROOM with basin, bath and separate shower cubicle. Separate W.C.

All rooms are comfortably furnished with ample cupboard space. Single/Double beds can be arranged to suit individual needs. There is a front garden and a enclosed rear garden with a lawn and driveway space for up to 3 cars. Unrestricted street parking in front of the property. (A house-trained pet will be accepted on request)
