The villa has some lovely views to the beautiful, blue Mediterranean Sea. Along Pissouri Beach Road there are a selection of tavernas, bars, pizzeria and small supermarkets. At the beach are several water sport companies that hire out kite surfing, jet skiing, wind surfing, Laser dinghy and banana boating and some offer lessons. There are sun-beds and umbrellas that can be hired on the beach. Also at the beach is a five star hotel other facilities including tennis courts.
