The Villa is an interesting design and comfortable It is built on a split level with a large entrance hall on one level The sitting room with dining area is reached up three wide steps. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms and separate kitchen are on the same level as the hall.
The third bedroom is reached through the gate at the side of the villa and down steps to the lower terrace. Leading in from the front door is the double bedroom with a fitted wardrobe and dressing table. The ensuite bathroom has a shower cubicle and also a bath with hand shower and wc. There is a sitting room area with a TV. DVD and a radio, The fitted kitchen has a washing machine and fridge freezer. There is a large terrace with garden furnitureand views to the sea. It is edged with a very pretty garden with trees colourful shrubs, orange and lemon trees and flowers.
The villa has a swimming pool which is gated. The property is set in an elevated position in Pissouri Village, with outstanding views to the blue Mediterranean sea and across to the Akrotiri peninsular, Limassol Harbour and the Troodos Mountains. Pissouri Village is a traditional village with a pretty Square and many good tavernas, banks, Chinese take away, bakery and shops all about four minute's walk from the villa.
Some shops including a butchers are about three minute's walk away.
Pissouri Beach is about seven minutes' drive away. It is blue flag beach and good for swimming, sailing or sitting under a sun umbrella.
