Our large, three storey, family home from home is less than a minutes walk from the sea. It is double glazed and centrally heated throughout. There is unrestricted parking along the street and there are some spaces on the seafront.
The ground floor comprises a large lounge/dining room with flat screen tv/dvd combi, dining table and chairs to seat up to 10 comfortably. (There are lots of videos DVDs and books for your enjoyment). The large,(newly refurbished for 2007)fully equipped kitchen has a table and chairs and contains a fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, gas cooker and toaster. We have an iron, ironing board, crockery, cutlery and all cooking utensils. From the 2007 season, we have a new downstairs toilet and shower room.
The first floor has a bath/shower room and a separate toilet. The three bedrooms comprise of one with two single beds, one with a double bed & TV/video and dvd player, and the bay windowed front room with a king sized bed.
The top floor has one large airy room with a double and two single beds, DVD player and TV/Video.
We have plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space in each room. Hangers and a hairdryer are provided.
There is a cot, high chair and safety gate if you are bringing a baby.
All beds have duvets and pillows. Clean bed linen is provided. You WILL however need to bring your own towels and any cot bedding you may require.
Outside, at the rear of the house there is a small patio area with garden furniture. Lovely in the evening to dine al fresco?.
Sorry, we don't allow smoking or pets and don't let to groups of young people.
