This small barn conversion is extremly comfortable and cosy which makes it ideal for small families and couples. It has a beautiful wood burning fire for guests that want to come out of season or when the weather is not as warm. The gite is surrounded by fantastic views of lovely countryside with sunflowers and cornfields. The property is situated on 1 acre with walnut, apple and cherry orchards. The owners live onsite in an adjacent detached house, and will ensure that you have all that's needed to enjoy your holiday. Chatenet Gites are situated in the peaceful Charentaise countryside between the market towns of Montendre and Chevanceaux and are easily accessible by car or by air. Come and relax by the pool and take in the wonderful scenic views or go to the Montendre bustling evening market during the months of summer and enjoy the freshly cooked food. Visit the local vineyards for cognac and pineau tasting and if that's not enough, for the more energetic why not try our on site games room.
