The Wing part of the house is ideal for families, larger groups, or just two !
With plenty of character throughout it has a delightful Large Lounge with Inglenook fireplace (not in use). Separate Dining Room with exposed beams adjoins the well equipped kitchen. A large Family Bedroom with exposed beams, window seat and en-suite shower room. Double bedroom with handbasin. Twin Bedroom and Family bathroom.

Cross House Cottage is very popular with couples offering a cosy Lounge with window seat a well equipped kitchen and double bedroom with shower en-suite.

With the benefit of off road parking and the use of the enclosed garden making it perfect for our four legged friends. With tables and chairs for al fresco dining or deserved cuppa after your day.

We are very well situated for touring or simply relaxing. The village of Northam is within a couple minutes walk with P.O.Office,Supermarket,Chemist,Two Pubs,Fish n Chip/Kebab Shop,Chinese Takeaway, and Superb Restaurant. Public Indoor Swimming Pool and hopefully not needed a Doctors/Dentist.
The splendid beach of Westward Ho! a couple minutes drive away (walkable too) with Northam Burrows Country Park and Royal North Devon Golf Course adjacent.
Family attractions for the whole family The Milky Way, Big Sheep, Torrington 1646 and for green fingered visitor RHS Rosemoor.
Places of Interest; Clovelly, Hartland, Lynton and Lynmouth, Exmoor, and plenty more.
