Cot and highchair provided on request. The lobby off the kitchen leads to the sunroom, sliding patio door to rear garden. Gas central heating plus gas fire in lounge. Please note: the approach is via an unadopted road with 10 m.p.h. speed limit and speed-calming humps at intervals.
Gardens
There is a garden to the front entrance of the Cottage, and a larger, enclosed garden to the rear, leading directly onto the Lagoon and Harbour (watch for the beautiful sunsets). The rear garden has a terraced area with table and chairs (ideal for BBQ etc.). Parking for up to 3 cars to the (lefthand) side of the property.
