The one bedroom aprtment is on the top floor with a lift and sleeps four (2 in the bedroom and 2 on the sofabed in the lounge) and has a good view of the sea.
It is situated on a horseshoe bend hill off the main road.
Montemar is full of character and colour on the edge of Carihuela Beach which is only 10 minutes away, fifteen minutes walk along the promenade to Benalmadena Port and about 10 minutes to the heart of Torremolinos. For Malaga Airport fifteen minutes ride.
The apartment is looked after by Mrs Terry Tel - 952 387 038. Any problems she is there to look after you.
When booking a 50% deposit is required with the remainder payable 4 weeks before you go. There is a refundable deposit of £30 against damages and breakages, but please put on a separate cheque and it will be returned when keys are returned with no damage.
