So quiet, only birds and crickets can be heard from this hillside cottage with large terrace overlooking the town of Javea to the azure blue Mediterranean Sea. The town centre is a 5- and the beaches a 10-minutes' drive away. Sleeps 2 - 4 from £150 pw for 2 people.

Bungalow E is a cluster cottage. It is more like a modern penthouse, as it was fully renovated in 2007. It measures 94 m2 including the 15 m2 terrace.

It has an en suite bedroom and the double sofa-bed in a hidden corner of the living room has its own shower room.

There is a library of books, both novels and non-fiction for the discerning reader. There are also many books for children from 5 to 15, in English, French and Spanish.

The south-facing terrace is large. It has a dining table and chairs and 2 sun loungers. The views from here are breathtaking. To the west can be seen the inland mountains in the distance.

There is no communal pool but there is a secure, covered
parking space behind this Spanish-style complex called Xabia Blanca.
