Charming quality villa - sleeps 8, hot tub, large gardens private swimming pool
Delightful villa in very convenient location, affordable.
Surrounded by lovely countryside, with views of the Tramuntanas and only a short drive from the coastline of Puerto Pollenca and Cala St. Vincente. El Establo is an ideal villa to enjoy north Mallorca. Situated between the two towns of Sa Pobla and Pollenca.
Families with children made welcome, with cot, highchair and cot sides available. Wheelchair users are welcome. With wider doors, no steps on ground floor, large wet room with shower/toilet chair available. Ramp to pool.
Gated entrance and private parking with large pretty gardens that encompass the villa. The whole area is approx half an acre. Some areas of garden are left uncultivated to encourage the wild life and birds. The rest of the garden has lawn areas, fruit trees, Carob, Fig, Orange and Olive. Bouganvillas giving splashes of colour all year round.
Enjoy our private swimming pool 8 x 4 metes, which stays in the sunshine all day long.
With steps to walk into the shallow area, and pool lights for evening dips.
Our outdoor hot tub is wonderful for relaxing in after a day on the beach or for off peak times. Set at a tempting 37 degrees with jets you can control to unwind.

All the rooms are spacious, bright and airy with ceiling fans.
The villa is set over two levels and has 4 comfortably furnished bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. One of the bedrooms set on the ground floor level has twin beds and has a large wet room shower and toilet.

The other 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd level and share a fully equipped family bathroom. The master bedroom and bedroom 2 are equipped with double beds whilst bedroom 3 has twin beds. All have large windows overlooking the pool, bathing the rooms in sunshine and natural light, plus they have stunning views of the surrounding area. The main living area has a large comfortable suite (seating for 8 in comfort) with central coffee table. A 32' LCD TV, DVD, Satellite viewing. French doors leading directly from the living area to a beautiful covered veranda and beyond to the well maintained gardens.
Kitchen and dining area are open plan. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. Quality appliances are fitted including oven/ ceramic hot, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven. The dining room has a family dining table and chairs to seat 8 people in comfort. This room also has direct access via a separate door to the exterior terraces and gardens.
The terrace area and pool are at the rear of the house, the pool is in sunshine all day, and it is an ideal area to relax and enjoy the early morning sunshine and dine al fresco.
The hot tub is situated at the front of the house where there is another terrace area. There is gated, off road driveway.


Our aim is to provide holiday parties with a stress free holiday, so we have excellent property management to support you during your stay. Many villa owners charge for cots and highchair use, but these are provided free. All linen and house towels provided laundered weekly.
Loungers, parasol and Barbecue. Welcome pack provided on arrival includes hand made truffles!
