This house offers spacious accommodation on 2 floors as follows. On the ground floor: a large entrance hall with dogleg staircase leading to the upper floor. Bedroom 1 is a large bedroom with attractive fireplace and gas fire, it has a king size bed, a large flat screen tv with Sky channels and a dvd recorder with Freeview. There is a comfortable double sofa bed.
The cloakroom with basin and toilet, is off the hall.
The dining/family room/conservatory is at the back of the house and leads out into the rear garden. It is furnished with a large dining table, comfy sofas,chairs and a flat screen tv with Freeview.
The FULLY REFURBISHED KITCHEN has all new appliances, washing machine, dishwasher, American fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser, a large 5 ring duel fuel range cooker, microwave and a range of units with granite worktops.
The rear porch leads onto the back garden. The garden is mainly lawn with flower borders and driveway for extra parking. For your security it is fully enclosed.
First floor:
Bedroom 2 is a large sunny room with a kingsize bed (a single can be included).
Bedroom 3 is a twin bedroom.
