This beautiful detached villa has been recently refurbished to a very high standard, large front and rear terraces, and a new PRIVATE POOL. It is in the pretty town of Roses, with wide safe sandy beaches. So it offers an ideal house for 6-7 in an ideal location. The accommodation is on 2 floors.
Upper floor: the open-plan lounge has a flat sceen TV with Freeview English TV. There are LEATHER SOFAS and PANORAMIC VIEWS over the mountains.
The kitchen diner has all new appliances, DISHWASHER, washing machine, microwave, fride/freezer, ceramic hob, and oven. The modern, fully tiled bathroom has basin, bath with shower and loo.
There is a double bedroom with MIRRORED FURNITURE and patio doors leading onto the rear terrace which has stunning views over the Pyrenese. There is also a twin bedroom.
On the lower floor there is a large FAMILY BEDROOM with double, single or twin beds, and double sofabed. The marble tiled EN-SUITE shower room with loo and basin, is for the sole use of the family room. Beds can be arranged to suit your particular needs. This floor has its own access.
The large front terrace has views over the countryside and the sea. There is PARKING in the driveway. As the house is in an elevated position, it has some high walls and therefore the owners feel that it may not be suitable for families with very young children.
This house can be EASILY REACHED by daily flights with RYANAIR to Gerona only a 50 MINUTE DRIVE away, or by CAR, a 12 hour DRIVE from French ferry ports. We have 2 full sets of Taylor Made GOLF CLUBS that can be borrowed to enjoy one of the 7 local golf courses. GREEN FEES are very reasonable in this part of Spain.
