Treverbyn Cottage is semi-detached. It is in a very rural location and has no close neighbours apart from the cottage next door which belongs to the owners son and family. There are views of fields and trees from all the windows and will appeal to those who want a peaceful base to explore Cornwall but still being within a ten minute drive to Perranporth with its miles of golden sand when the tide is out.
There is a pub and a small shop a ten minute walk away.
The beamed ceiling lounge has a leather suit and a living flame fire.
There is a large conservatory with a dining table overlooking the sheltered south facing garden.
Treverbyn has two sets fo stairs, one leading to a double bedroom and the other to a double bedroom and a bunk bedded room with a toilet and washbasin en- suit.
The bathroom is downstairs and has a spa corner bath.
The kitchen is well equipped and has a rayburn which is turned off during summer months.
