Hornick Cottage is situated in High Street / Lanjeth, a semi-rural hamlet about 2 miles west of St Austell. This makes the cottage an ideal base for a self catering family holiday. Hornick Cottage is a detached granite cottage with 3 bedrooms sleeing 6 people, there is also the capacity for an extra cot (if requested)
The cottage is close to local amenities (shop and pub 1 mile) Wheal Martyn China Clay Country Park, The Eden Project , The Lost Gardens of Heligan, various National Trust properties and the south coast with its opportunities for coastal and cliff top walks.
The cottage has a front porch a spacious lounge/diner leading to a large kitchen with stairs to three bedrooms and bathroom.
Outside there is lawn at the front, at the rear there a parking space and a terraced garden with steps to a seating area and barbecue.
