Casa Juan Vich 1 is situated just a few minutes drive from Santa Eulalia situated in the countryside and surrounded by olive trees and orange groves.The villa is unusual in that the villa can be rented as a 3 bedroom villa sleeping a maximum of 6 people or you can pay the supplement and have the 4th bedrooom sleeping up to 8 people in total.It is a villa of very high standard and is fully air conditioned.It consists of 1 large master bedroom with king size bed ,en suite bathroom with jaccuzzi.There are 3 further twin bedrooms all en suite. The lounge has Sat tv , dvd , cd player and seating for 8. The kitchen has all the mod cons plus there is a utility room with washing machine and dryer. Outside there's a large private pool 10m x 5m
with a lovely private sunbathing area and four different terraces to choose from.
The villa is strictly rented to families and couples.

The villa can hold a total of 8 people and the supplement for the extra 2 places is £500 per week apart from high season 17/07/10 to the 04/09/10 when it is £850 per week. A refundable security/damage deposit is payable on arrival of 700euros. Changeover day is Saturday but always ask if you have another day in mind
