This is a lovely privately-owned home situated in a very convenient, quiet, semi-rural residential area, in the sub-division of Four Corners, a few miles south west of DisneyWorld, Orlando and International Drive. The home is brand new (built July 2002), beautifully furnished and superbly equipped. It is ideally suited for a two-family vacation and perfect for a larger family party. The well-arranged accommodation is on one level comp[rising 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, family room, dining recess and breakfast bar (seating 10) and kitchen with separate laundry. The living area has ceramic floor tiling throughout for added coolness. Outside is a larger than average (30' x 15') screened, private pool with heating available, full deck area with a covered patio and excellent range of patio furniture and gas BBQ. Child alarms are fitted to all windows and doors with access to the pool area. The villa is fully air-conditioned and centrally heated. The family room has a 32' flat screen LCD cable TV , video/DVD player, and radio/CD player and there is cable TV in all the bedrooms. A hairdryer is provided in each bathroom. A cot, highchair and buggy are available free of charge. The door to the double garage is electronically operated.
