This 'home from home', in an off-road location in St Merryn village, is furnished & equipped to a high standard. St Merryn is 10 mins drive from Padstow & 30 mins drive from Eden. Patio doors lead out on to a sheltered south facing garden with patio and garden furniture & parking is available outside the house. The house is cleaned to a high standard and we regret that pets are not allowed in consideration to those guests who have allergies. Bedding is provided. 7 golden sandy beaches are within 3-10 minutes drive from the house. The Trevose golf course is 3 mins drive away near Constantine beach. The house is available for holiday letting all year round. For those who wish to come in the Winter the house is gas centrally heated and double glazed.
