A bright, spacious, comfortable, self-contained, first floor, holiday flat consisting of two large bedrooms, sitting room, bathroom and newly fitted kitchen.
The large and sunny main bedroom has a king-size double bed and a single and the second bedroom has two single beds. A fold-up bed is available which can go into the second bedroom or sitting room.
The sitting room has a tv with free view digital box, seating for six and a large dining table.
The kitchen is bright and well-equipped with a gas cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine and a large selection of china and utensils; and there is also a dining area.
The bathroom is equipped with basin and bath with overhead shower and the WC is separate.
Blankets, duvets and pillows are provided, however, guests will need to supply their own bed linen and towels.
Gas (including central heating), electricity and water charges are included.
There is a fenced-in garden for the exclusive use of the guests of the flat with a rotary clothes line, garden table and chairs. Additionally there is off-road parking for one car.
Dogs are very welcome provided they are fully housetrained.(There is an additional charge of £10 per dog.)
The flat is situated in a very quiet residential area and within a couple of minutes walk of Seafield Gardens which have tennis courts and children's play area. The beach is a mere 5 to 10 minutes walk. Also there is a selection of shops, restaurants, pubs and takeaways within a 5-10 minutes walk, as is the bus stop.
