Privately owned, modern, fully equipped 6 berth caravan on small, quiet, family owned site within walking distance of Polzeath shops and beach. The caravan has a double bedroom, a twin bedded room, plus a pull out double bed in the lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle, plus all other essential cooking equipment. The lounge has a gas fire, together with a television, including freeview, video and DVD player, plus a seperate dining area seats 6 people. There is a seperate toilet and shower room. Duvets and pillows are provided, but please bring covers, sheets and towels.
