The bungalow is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with a large parking space at the front. The fenced rear garden is landscaped with a patio,well established trees, shrubs and flowers. Hard wood garden furniture supplied. A Campinggaz bar-b-que is available driven by disposable CV270/470 cartridges which can be bought from St. Merryn Garage Shop. An Access Policy and Fire Regulations are available on request. Money transfer facilities available.
