Our Lodge is situated in the beautifully landscaped wooded setting of Aynsome Manor Park near Cartmel, within the Lake District National Park.
Weekly bookings and out of high season/public holidays, short breaks (3 nights min. from £180), it is ideally located in a rural setting for fine walking and tours. The southern tip of Lake Windermere is just 4 miles away, and within a short walking distance is the historic village of Cartmel (just over half a mile away), with child & dog friendly pubs,inn plus restaurants and tearooms. Famous for its race course and sticky toffee pudding. The area is ideal for walking/hiking. Also many attractions for children.
This idyllic timber frame lodge sleeps four comfortably, with a south facing garden area and west facing terrace, ideal for alfresco dining. Access to an orchard is directly at the rear of the lodge, a permitted & perfect playing area for children.
