Our Lodge is situated in the beautifully landscaped wooded setting of Aynsome Manor Park near Cartmel, within the Lake District National Park.
Weekly bookings and short breaks (3 nights min.), it is ideally located in a rural setting for fine walking and tours. The southern tip of Lake Windermere is just 4 miles away, and within a short walking distance is the historic village of Cartmel (just over half a mile away), with child & dog friendly inns, pubs, restaurants and tearooms. Famous for its race course and sticky toffee pudding. The area is ideal for walking/hiking. Also many attractions for children.
This idyllic timber frame lodge sleeps four comfortably, with a south facing garden area and west facing terrace, ideal for alfresco dining. Access to an orchard is directly at the rear of the lodge, a permitted & perfect playing area for children.
