The apartment is located in the quiet area of Montemar. It is a 10 minute walk from the
beach & fishing village of La Carihuela with it's famous fish restaurants. It is less than a
15 minute walk to the bustling Puerto Marina at Benalmadena with it's plentiful nightlife.
Malaga International Airport is a 15 minute drive away which can also be reached by train, the nearest station being Montemar Alto which is a 10 minute walk. There are plentiful local buses to Torremolinos, Malaga, Benalmadena, Fuengirola and Mijas. It is a 2 minute walk to the nearest supermarket for all your supplies.
ACCOMMODATION :-
The apartment can sleep up to 5 people. There is a double bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, hob, mini oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. The lounge has a bed settee which can convert in one double and one single bed with sprung matresses, Sky television and dvd player, radio/cassette/cd player. Leading off the lounge is a sea facing balcony. Bedding, towels (not beach towels) and hairdryer supplied. Also Welcome Pack supplied.
