Hollyvagg Farm
Part of a cosy 17th century listed farmhouse set in 80acres of fields and wooden valleys. Hollyvagg is a working farm keeping rare breed sheep, geese, cats and two friendly dogs who love to play and go for walks. There is an abundance of wildlife – Buzzards, owls, herons, Kingfishers, foxes, badgers, pheasants etc.

Facilities and places to visit include golf courses and riding stables. About 15-20 miles are the north and south coasts, Boscastle, Bude, Tintagel in the north, Looe, Polperro in the sounth. Bodmin moor is on our doorstep, Dartmoor 20 miles and Eden project approximately 25 miles. There are three villages within 2 miles of Hollvagg- Lewannick, South Petherwin and North Hill, all have good pubs, serving good food. Launceston, our market town, is 5 miles away. Tesco is situated in Launceston and is open 24 hours per day except Saturday night when they close at 8pm.

Accommodation

Self catering furnished accommodation in half of our farmhouse with private entrance and lawn with ample parking. There are two bedrooms – one double with vanity unit and shaver point- NEW EN-SUITE!
The seconds bedroom has two 3ft bedS. A travel cot is also available.
Downstairs is the entrance hall, lounge, kitchen/diner. The house is carpeted throughout except for the kitchen and diner. There is hot and cold water, partial central heating, electric cooker, microwave, fridge, spin-dryer, T.V and video and all electrical equipment necessary to make your stay enjoyable. There is a laundry service F.O.C. electricity is on a £1 meter. Bed linen is provided.
