This charming part flint and very spacious former fisherman's house is located at the end of a country lane leading to a small number of cottages. Fishermans lodge house is the last property overlooking the sea by the sandy beach at Newport (between Scratby and Hemsby) Sea fishing from the beach plus fishing in River Thurne at Somerton approximately 4 miles. The popular resort of Great Yarmouth with excellent leisure facilities and fun fair is only 5 miles away. The city of Norwich with its shops and historic associations is approxiamtely 25 miles, together with the Broadland attractions within half an hours drive.
