Acapulco, the largest and most spectacular tourist area in the Mexican Pacific. Also known as the Pearl of the Pacific due to its stunning beaches, lavish natural surroundings and wonderful climate. Cancún, located on the northern tip of the Yucatan Peninsula, is one of the most important tourist complexes in Mexico. Its wonderful location shaped like an island, its year-round mild climate, and its gorgeous, sandy white beaches by the Caribbean Sea are also ideal for water sports. Cancún also has many plazas and malls featuring everything from handicrafts from all over the country to an impressive array of imported goods.
