Our beautiful villa is conveniently situated within walking distance of the beach, marina, restaurants and shops in Moraira. For golf enthusiasts, Javea Golf Course is just a five-minute drive.
The property consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large travel cot for infants. The property features a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher. A washing machine is also provided. The large comfortable lounge, with beamed ceilings, has satellite TV. The dining area overlooks the garden and the turret features a private bar and sun terrace with superb views.
In the grounds there are two barbecue areas with patios, a kidney shaped swimming pool and extensive covered terraces, which enjoy sunshine throughout the day. In addition we have a sauna and private shower room in the turret.
