The apartment is in Marina de la Duquesa. The development is situated directly on the beach and is next door to the marina. La Duquesa golf course is across the road, with the clubhouse a mere 10 minute walk away.
Marina de la Duquesa is a luxury development and boasts excellent facilities including 4 outdoor swimming pools - one heated alowing all year round use - gym, sauna, paddle tennis courts, table tennis, table football and gardens. An underground parking space is also provided and the development is protected by manned security, 24 hours a day.
The apartment overlooks the pools and beach and is furnished to a high standard. It consists of:

All bed linen and bathroom towels are provided and will be changed midway for stays of 10 days or longer.
