Villa Emesila
This villa is located in lovely countryside with wonderful views to the mountains, but its situation provides easy access to the delightful bays of north Mallorca. By car it's 5 minutes from the Pollensa Golf Club, 10 minutes from the old town of Pollensa and 15 minutes from the beaches of Puerto Pollensa, Alcudia or Cala St.Vincente. For those who want to experience a real Mallorcan town, Sa Pobla is just 5 minutes away. Alternatively, an excursion to the mountains and caves of Campanet is but a short drive.
Entrance to the villa is through iron gates housed in an attractive stone arch, from where one passes under a large grapevine tunnel framework, which opens out onto the front driveway and patio.
The villa has 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the first floor and has en suite bathroom. French doors open out onto its own private roof terrace, which has the sun all day long. At the top of the stairs is a door, which leads out onto a huge roof terrace with commanding views over the adjacent orange groves, wooded hills and mountains.
The remaining 4 bedrooms are all situated on the ground floor leading off from a small hall.
Three of the bedrooms have twin beds and one has a double bed . A large bathroom with double basins is also located here. There is a new luxury fitted kitchen which is very well equipped, including, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, liquidiser, utensils etc with adjacent small dining area. This leads to the spacious lounge/dining room, which has a feature fireplace, which is fited with a woodburner fire. The lounge is comfortably furnished and has T.V, Videoand Hi Fi system. From the lounge, french doors open out onto the front terrace, where there is a large marble family table for 'al fresco' dining. This looks out over the lily pond and fountain, which is covered by a canopy of sweet smelling jasmine with romantic lanterns.
To the rear of the property there is an elevated sun terrace overlooking the fantastic new pool with integral 'tiny tots' pool which is set in the lawns and enjoys lovely views to the mountains. Between this and the villa is a casita which houses a utility area with washing machine, sink and another shower room with basin & toilet.
The garden is divided by a path over which is built another grape vine tunnel. The area between this and the pool is laid to lawn, while the remainder is dedicated to fruit trees. A further variety of different fruit trees can be found throughout the property and for the most of the year visitors are welcome to pick fresh fruit! In one corner of the garden is an illuminated 'Boules' court and there is a selection of sun loungers and garden furniture for the garden and terrace. There is also a full size Table Tennis in the garage.
Monday changeover is beneficial due to the low cost of airfares. For those of you with young children you may be interested to know that we have 2 cots and a double buggy, highchair, baby walker and toys.
