Detached Villa situated very close to San Jaime Golf Course
villa San Jaime is a detached private villa on a large plot with open valley views to the San Jaime Golf Course (reasonably priced BBQ nights during summer, see our info page on Moraira or San Jaime) and near to local bars, restaurants, supermarkets and beach.
You approach the villa via a dozen steps up from a private hard standing for two cars. Then the accommodation is virtually on one level. The large enclosed secure garden and sun terrace, which has only one entrance, making it an ideal safe environment for children, has a built in BBQ. The private 8 x 4 metre swimming pool has roman steps and plenty of sunbathing terraces.
You enter the villa into the large lounge/diner which has Satellite TV* and video, sofa suite (sofabed) and an open fire. Off this you will find the fully fitted kitchen with fridge, washing machine, microwave, electric oven and hob. There is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a large bathroom with a bath, a separate walk in shower, toilet and washbasin.
There are oil-filled radiators for winter lets.
Moraira town centre with it's facilities, Marina and beaches is only a five minute drive away. There is also a wide selection of superb bars and restaurants dotted all over the immediate countryside.
