Los Patos - Entering the villa you go through the front door, just to the right of the hallway is the master bedroom, with en-suite shower room. Opposite the front door you have the Kitchen with dining area, fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven & hob etc, and a door leading to the long covered terrace, the other to the living room.
The living room has a main feature fireplace, seating for eight, Satellite Television*, DVD, Video, Radio/CD/Cassette player and a selection of DVDs, CDs & books. Patio doors lead onto the covered terrace for outside dining.
There are ceiling fans in the living room and the kitchen/dining room.
From the living room there are three further bedrooms. To the left is a small twin room, moving along to a shower room, next is a large twin room then finally second double bedroom, with en-suite. All have fitted wardrobes, air-conditioning, tilt & turn windows with mosquito nets & window blinds.
