Detached quality villa on a very private large plot with magnificent open valley & sea views
Castellion style villa located in a desirable mature residential area of Portet Valley (next to Moraira Valley) affording magnificent sea and valley views (25 min walk to beach or 5 mins by car). The villa is modern and offers accommodation of quite high quality and size. Set on two floors with internal and external staircases, the villa is surrounded by mature gardens, with plenty of outside dining areas and swimming pool terraces.

There is an off-road hard standing parking for 2 cars located adjacent to the property. The villa is reached via the entrance street level gateway and down a flight of stairs (10 steps) leading down to the first floor level.
You enter the villa through a large covered terrace area 'naya' , used for shaded dining, into the large bright lounge/dining room, which is comfortably furnished, and equipped with a Digital Satellite Television (currently includes BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, Channels 4 & 5, SKY Movies Premier 1, SKY Sports 1 & 2, SKY 1, Discovery and UK Gold plus the usual free-to-view channels) and video player.
IMORTANT NOTE: These channels were in operation at the time of installation and could change depending on the service providors. We cannot guarantee which channels will be in operation when you are there.

Off this room you will find the fully-fitted modern kitchen equipped with a large fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven and gas hob. Leading onto a separate utility room with a dishwasher and a washing machine.
Off the hallway you will find the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
Returning to the hallway an internal staircase (15 steps approx) takes you down to the lower floor where there is a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room.

From here you have access to the swimming pool, terraces and garden area, which is totally enclosed (safe for children) and layed out to paving and borders. There is a built in barbecue here. The swimming pool itself is kidney-shaped, 10 x 5 metre, and has roman steps leading into it. There is a fold-away table tennis table provided.
There are free-standing fans in the bedrooms for the summer and for winter lets there are electric and gas mobile heaters.

Casa Julia is within a few minutes drive time from the sandy beaches of Portet and Moraira and near to the magnificent Moraig beach below Cumbre del Sol. Javea golf club is just 10 minutes drive away. There are numerous restaurants within a 5 minutes drive, as is the drive to the village of Benitachell. Car essential.
