Casa Rodonda, Costa Blanca
Casa Redonda gets its name from its unusual design, the accommodation is arranged around a circular interior courtyard. The property is located in a privileged position, a few minutes from the sea, supermarket and other facilities. It has recently been extensively refurbished and the pool added.
GROUND FLOOR: The main entrance is to the spacious living/dining room with new leather sofa suite. There is a large separate fully-fitted modern kitchen with fridge freezer, built-in oven and hob, Dishwasher and washing machine. A very private feature courtyard in the middle of the villa provides for outside dining and is a very pleasant sun-trap. This floor has the master double bedroom, with ensuite bathroom, a twin bedroom and a family room consisting of a double bed, single and z-bed, and a separate bathroom.
THE UPPER FLOOR has internal and external staircases and comprises of a twin bedroom with balcony, another bathroom and access to the large roof terrace.
THE SWIMMING POOL is 8 x 4 kidney-shaped and has extensive surrounding terraces and landscaped gardens.

Please Note: The garden area is relativeley secure but young children have a busy road to cross to the beach.
Jan 2003 There is now new bedroom furniture and lounge sofa suite.

The reason that air conditioning and pool heating is charged extra is to keep the rental charge down and therefore you are in control of the usage of the extra costs.
Air conditioning: The average cost is £20 per week - this obviously depends on how much you use. The meter is read at the beginning and end of your stay and you are charged 15 pence per kilowatt unit used.
Pool heating: The pool heating works out about £20-£50 per week over the winter months and obviously you won't need to heat it that much when it gets warmer - there is a cover supplied to retain the heat. Water temperature is by thermostat control so you decide your usage and we charge based upon the units used (20 pence per unit which is about 35 pence per hour).
Superior quality white linen, towels & shower mat provided at optional (£7 per person).
