At the western end of Puerto del Carmen, ten minutes walk from the old fishing village and the beginning of the resort beaches, five minutes from the Biosphere shopping centre. New golf course 5 minute drive away. The apartment is one of twenty four, grouped alongside a large swimming pool. This apartment is on the ground floor of the two-storey building, and very close to the shallow-end of the pool. The cost quoted is for four people, lower price for 2/3 people.

Comments: Rates begin at £270 per week for two people. Each additional person is £30 per week up to a maximum of five people. A deposit of £90 per week is required at time of booking, the balance is due eight weeks before departure. Special rates available for late bookings.
