The flat is situated on the second floor, at the top of a privately owned house. It is completely self-contained with it's own private entrance and staircase.
The accomodation comprises a living room, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, 1 double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms. All bedlinen and towels are provided and guests are given a choice of blankets or duvets.
Electricity is metered and charged for separately, however the owners bear the first £5.00 of this cost.
A parking area is provided for two cars and a lock up space can be provided for bikes, etc.
