Our brand new Luxury villa is situated in a quiet, picturesque area of Javea approximatley 2 miles from the Arenal beach. It is only three minutes from the very successful 'INN ON THE GREEN' Bowls Club and ten minutes from Javea Golf Club.
The inside is very modern with a light, spacious feel and contains everything you need for a luxurious holiday in Spain. The lounge contains a Malibu leather suite with TV/DVD unit connected to the English satellite system. Two ceiling fans cool you in the warmth of the evening and double doors lead onto the covered naya and pool terrace. The dining/hall has seating for 6 people and also leads onto this terrace.
There are 3 double bedrooms each with its own ensuite shower room, fitted wardrobes, subdued lighting and ceiling fans. Two bedrooms have double beds and the third has twin singles. The two main bedrooms have wall hung T.V's with hand controllers. The bedroom on the top floor has double doors opening out onto a large roof terrace with cane furniture, table and chairs.
The large garden terrace leads directly from the front of the villa on the same level and has sun loungers, table and chairs arranged for a quiet drink or chat. The pool continues out from the terrace and has a depth from 1.25 meters to 2meters at the deep end.
