Comments: A Special reduced rate for long lets through the lower seasons from £100 per week. Does not include maid services during the let. DEPOSITS: A £50 deposit will be requested at the time of booking to secure your reservation and a refundable key deposit of £25 will be requested at the time of payment of balance. Full payment must be made 8 weeks prior to arrival date. Pricing includes utility charges (electricity, water) gas for heater is payable locally. The apartment will be cleaned and have it's linen changed before your arrival and after your departure, but if you require more cleaning visits these will be charged accordingly.
