villa development with a communal swimming pool,
offering an open plan living/dining area and 2 en-suite
bedrooms, one double and one twin. A further double
bedroom and a ‘family’ bathroom to service the guests
staying in the living area, which boasts one double bed
settee.
The Villa dates back to 1742 has been lovingly restored
to its former glory and includes original features. All
restorations have been completed to high English
standards.
The Penthouse is within walking distance of all
amenities, from shops to restaurants. The Italian locals are
warm and friendly and encourage you to embrace their
way of life. Good food and excellent local wines will help
you unwind from the stresses of modern day living.
