Comments: Christmas & New year £325.00 If you require an extra clean with fresh linen during your stay, this can be provided at a charge of 50 euros (please state this when booking). Price includes electric, gas and water, use of all towels & bed linen. A £100 a week booking fee will be required to secure the villa and the balance + a breakage deposit of £100 to be paid 8 weeks prior to occupation. The breakage deposit of £100 will be returned provided nothing has been broken.
