  Comments: THESE HOUSES ARE AVAILABLE WEEKLY MID WEEK OR BY WEEKEND SPECIAL RATES APPLY A non-refundable booking deposit of 10% of total booking value is required at the time of booking. BY WAY OF CHEQUE OR CREDIT CARD Confirmation will be issued on receipt of deposit. Balance will be debited from your credit card 6 weeks prior to arrival or recipt of cheque to gaurantee booking. Should the booking be made within 6 weeks of arrival full payment will be debited immediately. Directions and instructions concerning arrival at the property will be issued on receipt of full payment In the event of cancellation the booking deposit is non-refundable. An additional 100 Euro for cancellations will be charged to your credit card. 4 weeks before date of arrival 50% of entire stay will be charged 1 week or less before date of arrival 100% of total stay will be charged. OIL and electricity charges are additional based on individual meter readings and payable on departure. A security deposit of 100 Euros is required, this can be paid by major credit card, post dated cheque or cash and is required to cover any breakages or damage that may occur during your stay. The deposit is refunded on departure provided no damage or breakage has occurred. Please arrive to take possession of holiday homes/apartments between 4.00 and 7.00 p.m. and the property must be vacated by 10.00a.m. on the morning of departure. Check in/out at foleys townhouse bar and restaurant in henry st where you can pick up the information pack and keys . if any you need further assistance please ask at recption at foleys The owners are not responsible for the loss of any valuables or property either during your stay or after departure.The number of people designated in the original reservation must not be exceeded without first contacting the reservations office
