Comments: A non - refundable deposit of £100 per week is required to secure the booking, with the balance due 6 weeks prior to departure. Lets of less than 7 days are negotiable. Payments can be made by direct transfer. On arrival you will be met by our keyholder, who will meet you at our property, provide you with your keys and answer any questions that you may have. On arrival a payment of 60 Euros is required to be paid to our keyholder to cover the cost of cleaning and laundry following your departure.Normal departure is requested by 11.00 am if new guests are arriving on same day.The price includes use of the pool, electricityand water . Please note a refundable deposit of £100 key/security payment is to be added when paying the full amount 6 weeks prior to your departure. This will be refunded as soon as we have confirmation from our keyholder that no damage has occurred at the property or loss of any item during your stay, and the property has been left in an acceptable condition. Renting and cleaning of linen and kitchen towels, incl. making up the beds, is 15 Euros per person.
