Victoria Court 1 is a very popular and well run complex which boasts a heated communal pool with a separate children's pool. It also has an onsite poolside bar which serves food and drink all day.
This newly refurbished family owned apartment is well laid out with a separate bedroom, bathroom and american style kitchen/lounge which leads onto the terrace.
The bedroom is a good size with twin beds, fitted wardrobes and security safe. The bathroom comes with walk in shower and built in sink unit.
The modern kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and washing machine.
The spacious lounge has two leather sofas, coffee table, dvd player and a tv with some sky channels.
The large terrace has 2 sun loungers, table and chairs and a sun awning to sit comfortably in the shade once you've had enough of the tenerife sunshine.

Comments: **Please contact the advertiser for prices for Christmas and the New Year period** The standard rate quoted per week is for 2 people. An additional £30 is charged per extra person per week. A non refundable deposit of £100 is payable at the time of booking and the balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. Access time to the apartment on arrival day is 4pm and the apartment must be vacated by 10am on the morning of departure. Should you require the apartment longer due to later flight time we will try to accomodate as best we can.
