Comments: An agent fee of 80 Euros is payable locally on arrival to cover preperation of the apartment, providing fresh laundry and meet & greet service. A £100 deposit is payable on booking to secure your dates with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to your stay. There is a (refundable) key/breakages deposit of £250 which will be returned in full upon safe return of keys and satisfactory inspection of the apartment upon your departure. The inspection will be carried out by our local agent. The apartment sleeps 4 comfortably with the flexibility to accommodate an extra 2 guests(an additional charge of £30 per guest per week). The arrival/departure dates can be flexible subject to availability. There is also the option of a grocery welcome pack on request.
