Our apartment, which is on the ground floor, consists of large entrance hall, spacious lounge/diner, two double bedrooms, master bedroom en-suite, shower room, fully fitted kitchen and a laundry area. Furnished to a high standard, both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single Beds. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. We even have an iron and ironing board for those who want to feel really at home! The large lounge/diner has 2 chocolate brown leather sofas and light wood furniture with dining table to seat 6. It has a large screen TV/DVD and opens up onto the sun drenched terrace with patio set, overlooking the gardens & pools with panoramic views of the mountains. The grounds are extensive with swimming pools and children's pools set in landscaped gardens. There is a private underground car park to keep your car cool during the hot daytime with lifts to all floors. Ideal for people with limited mobility. The apartment is fitted with a security video link to the front entrance.
The Casares Del Sol development is situated between the typical Spanish town of Estepona to the east and the Port of Duguesa to the west. The development has been built in traditional Andalucian style with exterior terracotta walls, terraces and marble floors. There are large uncrowded swimming pools with children's facilities, ample sun loungers and shade.
The apartment is just a 5 minute walk to the beach where there is a Chirinquita/fish restaurant and bar.
