Pretty Bungalow in quiet location on the popular Cumbre del Sol Urbanisation on the Costa Blanca
1 bedroom bungalow with communal swimming pool and private garden. Property is close to supermarket & beach.
This pretty bungalow is located in the tranquil development of Cumbre del Sol, between Moraira (Benitachell) & Javea, Costa Blanca. Sitting within a quiet development it has its own private garden & use of the community pool. The bungalow has a large, comfortable American-style kitchen lounge/dining room which has air conditioning. There is a small bedroom with twin beds & a sofa bed in the lounge.The bathroom has a shower over the bath.
The bungalow has a very private garden to the rear of the property with patio area with table and chairs & gas BBQ.
A kidney shaped communal pool is close to the property & is exclusively for the resident's use. Alternatively, there is a small shingle beach just a few minutes drive away.

  Comments: A special price from £100 will be applied for winter lets of 2 months plus - please contact for details. Deposits: A £50 deposit will be requested at the time of booking to secure your reservation and a refundable key deposit of £25 will be requested with payment of the balance. Full payment must be made 8 weeks prior to arrival date. Pricing includes all utility charges (electricity, air conditioning, water) bottled gas for BBQ & heater are payable locally. The bungalow will be cleaned and have it's linen changed before your arrival and after your departure, but if you require more cleaning visits these will be charged accordingly.
